Kouroupis Contracting LLC provides complete site work packages for commercial construction projects in Delaware and Maryland. We work with general contractors and project teams to price and complete the site scope shown in their plans.
Our services include site preparation, excavation and grading, erosion and sediment control, underground utility trenching and installation, concrete pads and curbing, light pole foundations, and final grading and restoration. Each package is tailored to the project drawings, site conditions, and agreed scope of work.
