Kouroupis Contracting LLC installs concrete light pole foundations for commercial projects throughout Delaware and Maryland. We work with general contractors and electrical contractors on parking lots, commercial properties, and recreation areas.
Our scope can include excavation or boring, sonotube forming, reinforcing steel, anchor bolt and conduit placement, and concrete placement and finishing according to the project drawings and specifications. Foundation dimensions and details follow the approved project plans.
We also provide utility trenching and electrical conduit installation to support site lighting projects.
